SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping for most shipping services. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your items(s). Each shipping method has its own restrictions, timelines and charges that will be applied to your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship orders within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. If you have a friend or an address in the U.S., we recommend having your order shipped there and then forwarded to your international address.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order processing (for all available products) typically occurs within 24 hours; your order will likely leave the warehouse the following day. Depending on your shipping selection during the payment process, your order can take from 1 to 5 days to arrive.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

After you select your item, color and size, you will be redirected to Paypal to process your payment, this is the safest and most effective method of payment available. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely! We process all payment methods through Paypal, so your transaction and information are safe.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope, nah, no… if you want to catch up with new items coming up we highly suggest you sign up for our newsfeed or follow us on Instagram: @kushdolls or Facebook.

How Can I Return a Product?

If your product is defective we can replace it for a new one (of the same kind) However, you must notify us within  5 days after you receive it. For all other returns there is a 20% restocking fee. Custom pieces/items can’t be replaced so those sells are final.
